UAE delivery: AED 22 per order

Processing: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days, separately from processing. Holidays may affect delivery.

Returns

Returns within 7 days for unused, unopened products in original packaging. Opened cosmetic and personal care items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged. Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours with photos. Approved refunds: 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
